Granville Homes, in conjunction with nine local nonprofits and local dignitaries, will unveil the 14th annual Granville Home of Hope at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

The Granville Home of Hope has raised more than $5.2 million for community-based nonprofits since 2006.

2019 Goal Is $600,000

This year’s goal is to sell 6,000 tickets to raise $600,000. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the nine local organizations.

Through Friday, more than 3,000 tickets had been sold.

The Grand Prize Home

This year’s Grand Prize is a 1,800 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath Canvas 10 plan, located in Granville’s newest gated neighborhood at Belterra in east Fresno.

In addition, Macy’s Furniture Gallery and Fashion Furniture have donated furnishings that come with the home. The Home of Hope is at 6188 East Sydney Drive, near Fowler and Shields avenues.

Partnership With Fresno Lexus

Fresno Lexus is once again a Home of Hope partner and has donated a two-year lease on a 2019 Lexus UX as a raffle prize.

President Donald Trump, right, meets with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington, Feb. 4, 2025. Both men are politically divisive, fiercely combative and have outsize egos but as Trump arrives in the Middle East next week, the fate of the region could hinge on their relationship.
