What is Terrorism?

Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political or social objectives.” But ask civilians what terrorism means, and they have many different definitions that boil down to this: Terrorism is any act of violence against a group of people.
It’s time to change the definition of terrorism.
