Tony Kemp is back in the Big Leagues.
The speedy CF/2B got a taste of Major League life last season with Houston. After starting the season in Fresno, Kemp has a return engagement. After placing OF Teoscar Hernandez (another recent Grizzlies call-up) on the disabled list, the Astros recalled Kemp on April 26.
Before he left, GV Wire talked with Kemp about his game: how the recent wet weather in Fresno alters his speed; what it was like last year to play in Houston for the first time; and the story of his first Major League home run.
