State Controller Betty Yee delivered the keynote address at the Valley Venture Forum on Thursday (November 3) in Clovis. She talked about an idea to consolidate all the various local water control districts.

GV Wire spoke with her afterward to gather more on the water district idea, as well as her support for Prop 55.
