Prominent Sacramento Economist says the Delta overhaul doesn't make financial sense

Jeff Michael, a prominent Sacramento economist says that the Governor’s $15.5 billion Delta Tunnel project doesn’t make financial sense, with costs far outweighing any benefit the infrastructure project may deliver.
“The results clearly show that the WaterFix is not economically justified,” wrote Michael, director of UOP’s Center for Business and Policy Research.
