FresYes Realty is expanding its local real estate operations into Downtown Fresno, occupying the entire top floor of the high visibility Bitwise 41 building on Ventura St. adjacent to Freeway 41.

“We are just super excited to be able to bring so many like-minded people together and work in an environment that we believe we will thrive in,” Farris said. — Jason Farris, owner of FresYes Realty/FresYes.com
“When you come into Fresno, you are now going to be welcomed by the FresYes.com and FresYes Realty brand,” said owner Jason Farris. “We are super excited about it.”
With his Palm and Nees office at full capacity, Farris said expanding to downtown just seemed like the logical step. “That way we are not just talking about Fresno being great, but we are actually helping it be great by investing into the center of Fresno,” Farris said.

Moving In Before April

FresYes Owner Jason Farris gives locals a tour of his company’s new 18,000 square-foot office space in Downtown Fresno.
Farris will officially get the keys sometime before April 1. He said he plans on hiring an additional 150 agents along with 10 staff members to occupy 18,000 square feet of space in the historic building, which housed the Old Spaghetti Factory for many years.
Bitwise acquired the 46,000 square-foot building in January 2017 and is completing renovations. In addition to FresYes, Bitwise has leased some of the remaining space to several other tenants.
“This growth opportunity will allow us to add more of everything our clients, community, and agents have come to know and love us for,” Farris said. “There will be more technology, more community-forward initiatives, more homes sold and more opportunity for us to help Fresno continue to move into the future.”

The expansion will surely increase FresYes’ home sales, which were around 1,300 last year. Although not the primary focus, Farris said FresYes will also continue brokering commercial property sales in the downtown space.

Workplace To Have a Homey Feeling

Farris’ goal for the site is to create a workspace atmosphere similar to Google and Facebook where agents feel at home and comfortable. “We are just super excited to be able to bring so many like-minded people together and work in an environment that we believe we will thrive in,” Farris said.
