A man Tulare County detectives describe as “armed and dangerous” is wanted in connection to a deadly robbery at Waukena Market.
Edwin Ibarra, 21, is the second suspect identified in the slaying of Waukena store clerk Carlos Martin on Dec. 14.
From the start of the investigation, detectives knew at least two people were involved in the deadly robbery. A 16 year old Richgrove boy was arrested three days after the shooting.
Ibarra is on parole for an armed carjacking and was released from prison in September, according to Ashley Ritchie, spokeswoman for the sheriff. He is described at 5 feet 7 inches, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
