Biden Urges Republicans to Support Stronger Gun Laws in Wake of Tragic Shooting in Maine

President Joe Biden has expressed his grief over the recent mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, where 18 individuals lost their lives. He called the incident “senseless and tragic” and implored Republicans in Congress to support the implementation of stricter gun control laws.

In a public statement, Biden highlighted the abnormality and unacceptability of the high rate of gun violence in the United States, which has led to countless American families losing loved ones.
