Tropical Storm Hilary wreaked havoc in Southern California on Sunday, setting a new precedent for rainfall in the region as reported by the National Weather Service. The intense downpour led to flooded roads, bloated rivers, and even instigated a landslide on the interstate. So far, it seems to have mostly left Fresno alone as it now moves towards Nevada according to the National Weather Service.
