Will Mayor Dyer Show Leadership on Granite Park Fiasco?

A federal judge has ruled that Terance Frazier can move forward with his civil rights lawsuit against the city of Fresno over a Granite Park audit that he says defamed him.
The ruling in U.S. District Court gives Frazier an edge because his lawyers can now take depositions of key city leaders and receive evidence from the city that could solidify his complaint.
