The FBI on Tuesday added Samuel Ramirez, Jr., a California native, to its “Ten Most Wanted” fugitives list for his alleged role in a May 2023 shooting that left two women dead and a third person injured at a bar in Federal Way, Washington.

Ramirez, 30, was born April 17, 1992, in California and has ties to Compton, as well as Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Authorities said he fled the state after the killings and crossed into Tijuana, Mexico, on May 23, 2023.

The King County Superior Court in Washington charged Ramirez with first- and second-degree murder and attempted murder, and a federal warrant was later issued for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

The FBI is offering up to $1 million for information leading to his arrest.

Ramirez is described as a 6-foot, 200-pound White Hispanic man with black hair, brown eyes, and distinctive tattoos, including a lion on his right forearm and wrist.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the FBI.
