LA Purse Snatcher Drags Woman, 75, Across Asphalt Before Fleeing

Video captured a purse-snatcher violently dragging a 75-year-old woman across the ground in a horrific assault outside a southern California bank in August.

The unidentified woman was dragged across the parking lot for several feet before the attacker ran away with her purse shortly after 11 a.m. on Aug. 14.
