OpenAI’s ChatGPT experienced a possible outage Thursday, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users have reported an issue at 1:28 PT. OpenAI’s status page has not indicated an issue at this time.

ChatGPT had an issue on Tuesday where the platform had “GPT 5.2 Elevated Error Rates,” according to OpenAI’s status checker.

Update at 1:33 p.m.

More than 3,800 users have now reported an issue about ChatGPT.

OpenAI’s status page now says that there is “Conversation Issues” with the platform. OpenAI says that they are investigating the issue.

Update at 1:41 p.m.

More than 4,300 users have now reported an issue with the platform.
