Police have identified the victim and suspect in a fatal assault that occurred at an apartment complex on South Lovers Lane, the Visalia Police Department said.
The victim was identified as Myrna Otherson, 75.
The suspect was identified as Miguel Mora Camacho, 28, who has been booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on charges of homicide.
