GV Wire’s Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Liz Gonzalez about a court-ordered plan from the city of Clovis to provide more affordable housing.
Builders say it will add to the cost of homes, which are already expensive in Clovis compared to other nearby cities.
However, housing advocates and one prominent Fresno area real estate broker, Robin Kane, say more affordable units are needed in the market.
