Deadly Shooting Under Investigation in Tulare County, Sheriff’s Office Says

Tulare County sheriff’s detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Tuesday in Lindsay.

Just before 5 p.m., deputies were called to the 24000 block of Avenue 236 for reports of a shooting, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said.

When they arrived, they learned a 23-year-old man had been outside when he was shot by unknown suspects who then fled in a vehicle.

Deputies and emergency personnel attempted life-saving measures, but the victim died at the scene, authorities said.
