Uber and Uber Eats experienced a possible outage Tuesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 10,000 users reported problems with Uber and Uber Eats as of 9:20 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages from multiple sources.
User commented issues including app log-in failures, missing payment information, undeliverable orders, and “internal server error” messages.

Downdetector now shows over 19,000 users reported issues with Uber and Uber Eats.

Nearly a combined 25,000 users have now reported issues with Uber and Uber Eats.

A spokesperson for Uber said that service has been restored after the earlier incident and that the services have been running smoothly for the last hour.
