Visalia police are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left two people wounded.

Officers were called around 11:56 p.m. to the 3700 block of North Shady Court, where they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.

Both victims were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Detectives with the department’s Violent Crimes Unit and Crime Lab responded to process the scene. The case remains under investigation.
