Paris Baguette has opened a second location in Fresno, expanding its footprint in the Central Valley with plans to reach even more cities soon.
The new bakery café, located near Bullard Avenue and Riverside Drive in northwest Fresno, held its grand opening celebration Saturday. It joins a growing lineup of businesses filling the shopping center near Highway 99.

Paris Baguette Assistant General Manager Adrieanna Burrola said the new store aims to “nourish and serve the community” while providing a cheerful neighborhood spot for pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and coffee.
“We want to bring joy and bring a second location over here,” Burrola said. “We’re a little bit of everything … coffee shop, we do produce cakes, cake slices, pastries, we have sandwiches, hot sandwiches, pastries, and doughnuts.”
Customers can browse the café’s display of baked goods, selecting items with trays and tongs before checking out at the counter.
Among Burrola’s personal favorites are the garlic sausage pastry and the strawberry lemon croissant, along with the iced caramel macchiato.
The company plans to continue its Central Valley expansion, with a Clovis location expected to open within eight months and additional sites planned for Visalia and Modesto.
