Authorities are investigating an early Monday morning armed carjacking in Terra Bella, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
Deputies responded around 4:15 a.m. to a report of a carjacking in the 23700 block of Avenue 96.
The victim told deputies that two armed men approached him in front of his home, demanded his phone and wallet, and then fled in his vehicle.
The suspects were described as Hispanic men wearing hooded sweatshirts — one gray, one black — and black shoes.
The victim suffered minor injuries, officials said.
