Kyle Brogdon, 38, of Visalia, was arrested Wednesday for possession of child sexual abuse material, the Visalia Police Department said in a statement.

On Dec. 12, 2024, police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding Brogdon downloading child sexual abuse material.
Detectives located and arrested Brogdon near the intersection of Florence Avenue and University Street on Wednesday.

Brogdon was booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
