The timing aligns with widespread expectations in the tech sector regarding Apple’s next generation of computers. The anticipated refresh would introduce M4 chipsets to the Mac lineup, marking a significant upgrade from last year’s M3-powered devices. While Apple has already implemented the M4 chip in its iPad Pro series, the company’s computers have been waiting for this latest advancement.
According to industry speculation covered in Holt’s report, the upcoming announcements could potentially include refreshed versions of several popular products: new iMacs, updated 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, and a revamped Mac mini. These products were initially expected in early 2025, but Apple appears to have moved up their release schedule.

Beyond hardware updates, Apple plans to roll out significant software improvements. The company will release updates for its iPhone, iPad, and Mac operating systems, bringing new artificial intelligence capabilities branded as Apple Intelligence features. These updates arrive shortly after Apple’s introduction of an updated iPad Mini.
The tech community now awaits Monday’s announcements to learn exactly which products will receive updates and what new features they’ll introduce.
