Granville Homes has announced the launch of the 2024 Granville Home of Hope. Ticket sales began Friday, offering participants a chance to win a new Granville home in the Parc West community of west-central Fresno.

Since its inception in 2006, the Granville Home of Hope has raised more than $8.4 million for organizations providing essential services such as food, shelter, health care, and education. This year, their goal is to raise $1 million to support nine local nonprofits.

The nonprofits include: Angels of Grace, Breaking the Chains, CASA of Fresno & Madera Counties, Central California Food Bank, Foundation for Sanger Schools, Fresno Mission, Fresno Police and Fire Chaplaincy, Mell’s Mutts, and Parents & Addicts In Need (PAIN).

The grand prize 2,133 sq. ft. home features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a three-car garage, owned solar, stainless steel appliances, and numerous designer upgrades.

“This home symbolizes the hope that these organizations provide daily to those in need in our community,” said Darius Assemi, CEO of Granville Homes. “Support their incredible work by purchasing your ticket today.”
