Clovis Planners Approve Care Facility Despite Neighbors' Protests

The Clovis Planning Commission approved a congregate care facility allowing individuals to stay for a minimum of 18 months, despite community objections citing potential devaluation of nearby homes and increased traffic.
The facility will offer services such as medical supervision, skilled nursing, and on-site dialysis treatment.
