Fresno’s largest commercial real estate brokerage merged with a Tulare County brokerage, furthering the presence and resources of both in the south Valley.

The Pearson Companies announced in a news release Thursday that Zeeb Commercial Real Estate would join forces with the brokerage made up of Pearson Realty, Newmark Pearson Commercial, and Retail California.

“Integrating Zeeb Commercial Real Estate into Pearson Companies aligns with our vision to strengthen our market presence and expand our service offerings across Central California,” said Peter Orlando, CEO of Pearson Companies. “This merger allows us to delve deeper into the South Valley market, where Zeeb’s strong presence will be invaluable.”

Merger Expands South Valley Resources

Founded in 1986, Zeeb Commercial specializes in sale and leasing industrial, retail, office, and investment properties.

Made up of brokers Marty Zeeb, Kyle Rhinebeck, Marc Griffiths, John Akers, and sales associate Jessica Beneveto, they serve clients in Visalia and throughout Tulare County.

“Zeeb’s expertise in industrial, retail, and office investments, combined with Pearson’s extensive network, will offer our clients unparalleled access to a broader range of resources and opportunities,” said Zeeb. “This merger will make both companies stronger, particularly in the Tulare and Kings County areas.

Founded in 1919, Pearson has 43 agents at their three Fresno companies. They also have a branch in Visalia. Orlando’s Retail California merged with Pearson in 2012.

Deals done by The Pearson Companies include the sale of Prima Wawona land following the company’s bankruptcy and multiple Fresno Amazon distribution facilities.
