Democrats will win control of the U.S. House, NBC News projected Tuesday night, flipping the chamber from Republican control.
NBC News projects Democrats are expected to win a majority of at least 244 seats.
A party needs 218 seats for a majority in the 435-member House.
The projection came as votes continued to be counted across the country on Election Night.
