Dance music star John Summit is bringing his biggest tour yet to North America this fall, including a California stop at Oakland Arena on Dec. 4 as part of his newly announced “CTRL ESCAPE” arena tour.
The producer and DJ revealed the expansive 2026 run on Wednesday, following a stretch of major festival appearances and international performances that have further cemented his status as one of electronic music’s fastest-rising live acts.

The tour is built around Summit’s latest album, “CTRL ESCAPE,” released April 15. The project blends tech-house with dubstep, drum and bass and other electronic influences, reflecting both his global festival success and his efforts to maintain connections with longtime fans through smaller performances.
California has played a prominent role in Summit’s recent rise. Ahead of the album release, he hosted pop-up events in Los Angeles, including a sold-out appearance at Reframe Studios, before taking over the Do LaB stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
He is also set to return to the state later this summer for a hometown-style headline appearance at Lollapalooza in Chicago before wrapping the arena tour with the Oakland date.

Summit has recently headlined some of the world’s largest electronic music festivals, including Ultra Music Festival in Miami and EDC Las Vegas. He is also preparing for his debut Ibiza residency at the club [UNVRS], beginning June 1.
According to the announcement, the arena tour will feature a new large-scale production concept designed to create an immersive concert experience.
