GV Wire’s David Taub talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Liz Gonzalez, about a judge’s ruling against an environmental group regarding a South Fresno Highway 99 project.

Fresno County Superior Court Judge Geoffrey Wilson ruled that Friends of Calwa and Fresno Building Healthy Communities filed their lawsuit too late to invoke CEQA, the state’s environmental review law.

The project would upgrade two south Fresno interchanges while closing Cedar Avenue access.
