The Tulare Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate 39-year-old Michael Hernandez, who was last seen just after midnight on Feb. 14 in the city of Tulare.
Hernandez is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and faded jeans.
