Tulare County authorities are seeking family members of a 61-year-old man who was found unresponsive in his home.

Leonardo Sanchez was discovered in his Porterville residence on Sunday.

Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Tulare County Coroner’s Office later positively identified Sanchez.

Officials said they are trying to locate any living relatives of Sanchez.
