A playful standard poodle named Twiggy is still searching for her forever home after spending time in foster care with one of Mell’s Mutts’ trainers.

Twiggy, about 2 years old, enjoys playing with other dogs and has picked up strong leash and house manners while living with her foster trainer, according to the rescue. She has not been tested with cats.

The rescue says it does not adopt dogs on a first-come basis, instead focusing on finding the best match between each dog and a potential family.

Twiggy is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. She is also on oral flea and tick treatment, heartworm negative, and in good health.
