Amazon is down for thousands of users on Thursday, according to Downdetector.com.
There were more than 2,000 reports of issues with the shopping platform as of 11:09 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages from a number of sources.
Most users reported an issue with Amazon’s checkout.
An Amazon spokesperson told GV Wire: “We’re sorry that some customers may be experiencing issues while shopping. We appreciate customers’ patience as we work to resolve the issue.”

More than 5,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.
Update at 11:16 a.m.
More than 9,000 users have reported issues with Amazon. GV Wire reached out to the company, but comment was not immediately available.

More than 13,000 users have reported issues with Amazon’s shopping platform, with additional spikes reported for Amazon Web Services and Prime Video, according to Downdetector.

More than 23,000 users have now reported an issue with the online store.

More than 31,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.

More than 54,000 reports have been sent to Downdetector regarding the online store. The company has still not responded to GV Wire’s response for comment.

More than 64,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.

After a decline in reports, Downdetector shows that there was another spike in user issues. More than 77,000 users have now reported an issue with Amazon.
