Comedian Jo Koy will bring his “Just Being Koy Tour” to Fresno’s Save Mart Center on May 2, tour producers announced Wednesday.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m., with a pre-sale starting Wednesday at 11 a.m. PT. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.com and the arena box office.
The Fresno date is part of the spring leg of Koy’s national comedy tour.
Koy, known for his relatable comedy about his Filipino family, ranks among the top 10 grossing stand-up comedians annually according to Pollstar and Billboard. He has sold out venues worldwide, including Madison Square Garden in New York, The Forum in Los Angeles and London’s O2 Arena.
In 2022, Koy sold out Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena with over 14,000 tickets and later packed Tacoma Dome with more than 19,000 fans. He previously set a record in Honolulu with 23,000 tickets sold across 11 shows at The Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall, organizers said.
The comedian has multiple stand-up specials on Netflix, including “Live From Brooklyn,” which premiered in June 2024 and reached the platform’s Top 10 within its first week. He also starred in the 2022 Universal Pictures film “Easter Sunday,” the first major studio film to feature an all-Filipino cast.
