Detectives Nab Suspected Fresno Online Predator

Task force detectives arrested a 26-year-old Fresno man on Thursday on suspicion of trying to hook up with a minor for sex.

Mario Angel Dominguez also faces a charge of sending harmful materials to a minor.

After being jailed, Dominguez posted bond for his $45,000 bail and was released.

Detectives with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a warrant Thursday for a home on the 2900 block of North Mariposa Street in Fresno. Detectives contacted Dominguez, seized his electronics and took him into custody.

Law enforcement believes Dominguez could have additional victims who haven’t contacted authorities.
