Visalia Police Arrest Man on Indecent Exposure Charge

A 45-year-old man was arrested Tuesday evening after officers responded to a report of indecent exposure in the 100 block of South Willis Street, according to the Visalia Police Department.

Shortly after 5 p.m., officers were dispatched regarding a report of a man exposing himself inside a vehicle. When officers arrived, they located Joshua Martin seated inside a truck, where he was exposing himself and engaging in lewd behavior, police said.

Martin was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility, where he was booked on a charge of indecent exposure.
