What does love taste like?

At McDonald’s, it’s free caviar and McNuggets for those who want some Valentine’s Day elegance with their fast food.

On Tuesday, Feb. 10, beginning at 8 a.m., hopefuls can jump online for their chance to get 1 ounce tins of premium baerii sturgeon caviar, a sample of crème fraîche, and a $25 gift card to supply recipients with adequate McNuggets to serve as the vehicle for it all.

A free mother-of-pearl caviar spoon will help you adorn the delicacy atop your nuggies.

“What makes this pairing so iconic? The crispy, golden goodness of our signature McNuggets and the salty, savory, black pearls of Paramount’s Baerii Sturgeon caviar make for a true match made in heaven for the special occasions in life,” a McDonald’s news release states.

US Open Popularized Chicken and Caviar

The giveaway follows the trend of caviar and nuggets, which made its first appearance, according to Nation’s Restaurant News, at the U.S. Open tennis tournament in April 2025. At the event,  fried chicken concept COQODAQ sold Petrossian caviar on six nuggets for $100.

KFC followed suit on New Year’s Eve, when the chain had its own promotions, pairing buckets of fried chicken with caviar from The Caviar Co. and sparkling wine Luc Belaire.
