Valley Crime Stoppers Seeks Help Finding Man Wanted in DUI Manslaughter Case

Valley Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a DUI manslaughter case.

Peter Bandaphone, 42, is wanted for DUI manslaughter stemming from an incident that occurred June 22, 2025, according to Valley Crime Stoppers. An arrest warrant has been issued in the case.

Bandaphone is described as an Asian male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing about 175 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes, Valley Crimes Stoppers noted.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Bandaphone’s whereabouts to contact Valley Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted by calling 498-STOP (7867), texting VALLEY to 738477, or visiting valleycrimestoppers.org. The warrant number is #25023422.

All tips remain anonymous, and individuals who provide information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000, Crime Stoppers said.
