AT&T experienced a possible outage Monday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 4:45 p.m. PST, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting issues say they’re experiencing problems with mobile signal and WIFI.

AT&T made a statement on social media Sunday evening saying, “With #WinterStormFern bringing heavy snow, freezing rain, & ice, we’re starting to see wireless service disruptions in places where there are commercial power outages. Some customers may also notice interruptions with their internet or home phone service. We’re working as quickly & as safely as possible to restore service to affected areas, however, some areas may be inaccessible due to debris, downed power lines & road conditions. Stay up to date”

It is unclear if the issues being reported to Downdetector are related to the ongoing winter storms.

Update at 5:08 p.m.

More than 3,000 users have reported an issue with AT&T.
