CHP said the crash was caused by driver inattention combined with foggy conditions.

The driver was wearing a seat belt and was able to crawl out of the vehicle, suffering only minor injuries.

CHP urged drivers to stay focused during foggy conditions, reduce distractions, slow down based on road conditions and always wear a seat belt.
