Fresno police arrested a man Tuesday in connection with multiple sexual assault charges on juveniles and are asking the public for help identifying potential additional victims.

Investigators said Santiago Flores, 30, was taken into custody in Mendota on multiple sexual assault-related charges.

Authorities say Flores solicited a female juvenile in September 2025 while she was walking to school near South Cedar Avenue and East Church Avenue.

The victim eventually entered his vehicle, and Flores drove her to a nearby parking lot where several sex crimes occurred before returning her to school.

In a separate November 2025 incident near South Cedar Avenue and East Cesar Chavez Boulevard, Flores reportedly approached a female juvenile, but she declined to enter his vehicle.
