Fresno County Authorities Seek Relatives of Deceased Man Found in Home

The Fresno County Sheriff–Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating relatives of a man presumed to be Alfred Perez Ochoa, 81, authorities said.

Ochoa, born Feb. 11, 1944, was recently found dead inside a home near the intersection of McKenzie Avenue and Second Street in Fresno.

He was last seen alive in mid-November, according to the sheriff’s office.

The Coroner’s Office said staff have searched numerous personal records but have been unable to locate his family. Identifying immediate relatives is necessary to release the body and allow for proper burial.

Anyone with information about Ochoa’s relatives is asked to contact the Coroner’s Unit at (559) 600-3400 or by email at coroner@fresnosheriff.org.
