Fresno police are continuing to ask for the public’s help locating a woman accused of committing a strong-armed robbery and using a victim’s credit cards.
According to the Fresno Police Department, the robbery occurred Aug. 2 at about 2:07 a.m. in the area of North Vagedes and West Clinton avenues. Police said the suspect assaulted the victim and stole the victim’s purse, which contained house keys and credit cards.
Investigators said the suspect later attempted to enter the victim’s home and used the victim’s credit cards at a business.
Detectives have identified the suspect as Jennifer Michelle Garza, 49, who is wanted on multiple charges related to the incident, including robbery and unauthorized use of a credit card.
