The Tulare Area Gun Violence Enforcement Team, working with the Visalia Police Department’s Special Enforcement Bureau, searched a residence on the 1700 block of East Mineral King Avenue.
Inside, officers found a privately manufactured AR-15 pistol, a .40-caliber handgun, about 100 rounds of ammunition, roughly two pounds of processed cannabis, digital scales, cocaine, two load-bearing vests with ballistic armor and more than $10,000 in cash, according to police.
