Fresno police are investigating the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old man found unresponsive late Saturday near Marks and McKinley avenues.
Southwest District officers responded around 11:30 p.m. and found Karim Williams lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound, the Fresno Police Department said.
Officers attempted lifesaving measures, but Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
The killing marks Fresno’s 20th homicide of 2025. Police said there were 27 homicides at this time last year.
