Tulare County Adds Three Fugitives to Top 10 Most Wanted List

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has added three individuals to its Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Jose Federico Ruiz, 39, of Yakima, Washington, and Woodlake, California, is wanted for the 2010 murder of Salvador Alvarado at the Texaco Market in Seville.

Christian Luke Garcia, 27, of Porterville, faces charges including kidnapping, attempted murder, and a probation violation.

Luis Lomeli, 20, of Orosi, is wanted for felony possession of a firearm.

Detectives from the County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding are urging anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6218 or anonymously through the TipNow program at (559) 725-4194.
