A 61-year-old Dinuba man was sentenced Friday to 24 years in prison after pleading no contest to multiple sexual assaults involving more than 30 victims over nearly a decade, prosecutors said.

Tomas Jimenez, a popular masseuse and self-described “healer,” assaulted more than 30 women and two men between 2015 and 2024 in residences throughout Tulare County, according to the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office.

“The essence of this case can be described in one word – courage,” District Attorney Tim Ward said in a statement. “These victims found their voice and broke the silence to bring this perpetrator to justice.”

More Victims Came Forward

An investigation by Dinuba police in 2024 first uncovered three victims. Officials said prosecutors and investigators used social media and a confidential bilingual tip line to identify more victims who came forward after learning of similar offenses.

On Sept. 12, Jimenez pleaded no contest to 31 felony counts of sexual assault and one misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.

Because of the scope of his crimes, he may be classified as a sexually violent predator upon release and evaluated for placement in the state hospital system. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for life.
