Four people were arrested and methamphetamine was seized following two related narcotics investigations at a condemned property in Rosamond, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.

Deputies first responded to a trailer on the 2400 block of Park Avenue on Sept. 25, where they found Armando Gonzalez, 50, who had three active warrants.

Investigators said they also recovered a quarter pound of methamphetamine, baggies, a digital scale and cash. Gonzalez was booked on his warrants and new drug charges.

Deputies returned to the same location Thursday and found four people inside a condemned motorhome. After serving a search warrant, they said they seized more methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, cash and packaging materials.

Claudia Marroquin, 44, was arrested on charges including trespassing and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Debra Graft, 54, Gonzalez and Gurinder Mann, 35, were arrested on charges including possession of methamphetamine for sale, conspiracy and operating a drug house.

Mann and Gonzalez also face additional charges including being a felon in possession of ammunition.

All four were booked into the Kern County Jail.
