Officials have lifted the hazardous material evacuation advisory for the following areas: Critter Creek (MAD-E0347), Sierra Lakes (MAD-E0351), Rose Bush (MAD-E0357), Courtney (MAD-E0361) and Fair Oaks (MAD-E0349).
Road closures remain in effect at Road 426 and John West Road, as well as Quail Ridge and Road 426.

The advisory has been updated to a shelter in place advisory, Madera County reported.
Road closures are in effect at Bon Veu and Road 426, Rose Bush Way and Road 426, and Quail Ridge and Road 426, officials said.

Authorities have issued an evacuation advisory for several zones in Oakhurst on Tuesday due to an active hazardous materials incident.
The Madera County Sheriff’s Office said residents in zones MAD–E0347, E0349, E0351, E0357, and E0361 should close doors and windows, bring pets indoors, and monitor official updates.
A half-mile stretch of Road 426 is closed in both directions as emergency crews respond to the situation.
