The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing at-risk woman and infant.

Authorities are searching for 36-year-old Whisper Owen, described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen on July 15 at 5 p.m. in Fresno.

Also missing is 8-month-old Sandra McCarthy. She is approximately 1 foot 10 inches tall and weighs 17 pounds.

She has brown hair, green eyes, and was last seen wearing a pink onesie.

The pair may be traveling in a silver 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer with California license plate 9LKH008.
