Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were placed on leave following a viral “kiss cam” moment at a Coldplay concert that allegedly exposed an affair, New York Post reports.

The company launched a formal investigation Friday after the pair was seen canoodling on a jumbotron at Gillette Stadium, prompting online backlash and internal silence directives.

Sources say Byron is negotiating an exit package, delaying his resignation.

The company’s statement emphasized leadership accountability and said the relationship was previously unknown to the board.

Neither executive has commented.

Both reportedly have families, intensifying scrutiny over the public spectacle.
