Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were placed on leave following a viral “kiss cam” moment at a Coldplay concert that allegedly exposed an affair, New York Post reports.
The company launched a formal investigation Friday after the pair was seen canoodling on a jumbotron at Gillette Stadium, prompting online backlash and internal silence directives.
Sources say Byron is negotiating an exit package, delaying his resignation.
